I understand the following policies:

You must be at least 21 years old to join. Adult signature is required to accept wine shipments. Costs vary depending on featured wines and membership level. However, 2 bottle shipments will not exceed $70; 6 bottle shipments will not exceed $175; 12 bottle shipments will not exceed $315. Members are responsible for all shipping charges, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. You may cancel your membership anytime. However, if you cancel before receiving your first year’s wine shipments, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee.
